OVERVIEW
Department of Law was established in the year 2022. The Law department at AKS University, Satna is fully committed to prepare its students .
OBJECTIVE
- To prepare for judicial and administrative subjects with quality education and training in the field of law.
To prepare a chain of human behavior keeping in mind the national and international competencies primarily as Civil Judge, Prosecution Officer, Law Officer and Legal Adviser. Professional lawyers who look forward to alleviating human suffering including various roles in society.
To prepare experts in law according to the judicial parameters of legal participation in view of the global business system, international relations and competitive conditions.
- To develop intellectual ability, dispute resolution skills, understanding to avoid legal complexities, familiarity with the institutions of the legal system, sensitivity to poverty.
- To shape efficient leadership potential in the fields of state, community organization, social enterprise, corporate enterprise etc.
- Ability to use electronic resources and use IT skills in the context of modern development.
- Use of various pedagogical methods and demonstration and promotion of innovative research capabilities.
